Depending on your health insurance plan, your insurance company may help reimburse a portion of the cost for out-of-network services, making therapy more cost-effective and budget-friendly. I am happy to provide you with a monthly invoice (Super Bill) to submit to your insurance company.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE Transparency in fees and charges is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. In accordance with the protections against unanticipated medical costs provided by the No Surprises Act, I provide Good Faith Estimates of the cost of care to all clients. LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, please make sure to notify me by email, phone, or text more than 24 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.
PAYMENT POLICY The full fee for your session is collected at the time of service via credit card, debit card, or HSA card. I do not bill for services or carry account balances.
